Luup - Mornington’s Charming Cafe for Exceptional Coffee & Fresh, Healthy Eats

LOVE! This place has been my one stop shop recently. Amazing coffee, healthy and delicious lunch & breaky options - and both eat in & on the go. GREAT for gift buying, with some beautiful products. Also had my first massage and facial at Luup with Reena, and it was 90 minutes of absolute heaven. Very reasonable price point too for the quality of service. Couldn’t recommend her, and Luup as a whole highly enough!

Lovely cafe with the most divine menu. I chose the chicken rice paper rolls that were (by far) the best I’ve ever had… super fresh ingredients. And the sticky chai -superb! This will be my go to lunch place from now on. Great to have a healthy, delicious cafe so close to home. Thank you so much!

Very happy with the subsequent service and willingness displayed to resolve the original issue below. Original review: So disappointing. My girlfriend and her mother left Luup today so disappointed after being told that they couldn’t do a store credit exchange on a $180 two piece clothing set bought as a Christmas present that ended up not being the right size… all because they attempted the exchange one week beyond the “allowed date”. My girlfriend and I live in Melbourne so it is not easy for us get down to Mt Eliza regularly. As customers who have both previously spent a significant amount of money at Luup over years and years, and who have always raved about the store to friends and family they are so disappointed at how uncompromising the customer service was today. Such a shame for what is otherwise could be a lovely store to have such terrible and unreasonable service.

I absolutely love the Kale Salad. The food and juices are delicious. Always something new to look forward to in their retail store. So many new great pieces have been added and are always being updated. I love how happy the shop makes you feel. Everything is so well laid out, it feels like a piece of art the way the colours pop out. Whoever does the layout and design of this shop knows their art. I love coming here, so much to buy and beautiful pieces for inspiration. Thanks for always being so lovely. I always have left happier than when I came in! 100% recommend this beautiful place called LUUP.

RUN into Luup if you’re on the Peninsula. We stopped there today after a hot springs soak in the morning and the food and oh so perfectly hot coffee was amazing. I had the Brekky bowl which I thought sounded so healthy it would suit the day’s activities but wouldn’t satisfy my starving mineral soaked and now cold tummy. BOY was I WRONG! Absolutely delicious and I was so full I couldn’t finish what was left of the lovely big serve of home made baked beans my little boy got, so I’m now eating them on toast at home. YUMMO! Bonus points for delightful staff who helped me satisfy a picky kid (without losing the plot at some basic menu modifications) and extra bonus points for so many cute dogs we met and patted.

Phwoah! More then just a retail outlet selling coffee and holistic products and services. These guys are truly amazing! I'd recently become homeless in the area with my best friend Lollah, had no where to go, felt lost, felt like I didn't matter, the struggle was real. I placed Lollah and myself outside their shop, as they'd helped me charge up my phone so I could continue finding avenues to help get out of such a situation. Understanding yes, I was outside someone's shop and how that must've looked and felt, not only by all the staff there and the locals who visit there, the pressure they must have had come up within them and all around, setting that all aside, they shone, brightly, supportively and confidently. Something I thought humanity had lost forever. How wrong was I? Very ;D They went above,and beyond anything I could imagine, truly such beautiful people! From food, clothing and a tent to be in, much more then I expected. Blessing you all there at LUUP! Thank you so much for being human.

Been here a few times now so felt like I should give this one a review! The team here are lovely first off! Their new hire Holly was so lovely and made my coffee swiftly + it tasted amazing! Store has great homewares! Always find myself walking in there to take a look at their items and they never fail to disappoint. Their cafe menu is lovely as well if you’re looking for more organic/vegetarian/vegan options. They also have a number of pre-made items in their display that change from time to time. Will be back! Great job guys.

Such a hidden gem! I come here quite often, and the staff are always so lovely. Always served with a smile. The girls were more than happy to double check that ingredients were gluten free, and I so appreciated them being so kind. Coffee is lovely and lots of GF treats.
